Free RAR Extract Frog is a skinable extraction tool for RAR-archives that supports spanned archives as well as the decompression of password protected files. It comes with short instructions in 45 languages. Start the extraction of a RAR file by drag 'n' drop, double click or shell integrated context menu. To speed the decompression process up, Free RAR Extract Frog has the option to define a default output folder or a default password or both. Change the program's skin by simply dropping a JPG image on the image of the frog above the short instructions.

Free RAR Extract Frog Skins
Change the program's skin by simply dropping a JPG image on the image of the image above the short instructions. Look at your favorite image while decompressing files... To switch back to the standard skin double-click the image. You will probably get the best results when you make your images fit (484*242 Pixel). Three example skins are included:

How can I define a default output folder?
Go to the folder that contains FreeRARExtractFrog.exe (probably C:\Program Files\Free RAR Extract Frog\)
Use notepad to create a text file named "folder.txt"
Just put one line in it with the path your desired default output folder (e.g.: F:\Media)
From whence does one get a password?
You do not need a password to use Free RAR Extract Frog - except the
compressed file is protected by a password, than Free RAR Extract Frog
asks you to enter that password. If you do not have that
password, you need to contact the person that gave the
RAR file to you, because only this person knows the
password for this file.
How can I define a default password?

How can I stop the password dialog from popping up?
Go to the folder that contains FreeRARExtractFrog.exe (probably C:\Program Files\Free RAR Extract Frog\)
Use notepad to create a text file named "silent.txt"
Just put one line in it with your desired default password (e.g.: p78.de)
BE CAREFUL: Free RAR Extract Frog now always tries to unrar password protected files with
the password given in silent.txt without prompting. So, if you try to unrar files
protected by a different password, it simply will not work until you delete silent.txt
or change the password in it.
